In order to maintain the highest standard and meet each individual client's expectations, American Assured Security has implemented Total Quality Security Management (TQSM).
We know how important it is to improve our processes and tasks. Over time, continued use of a proven method may become obsolete. As a result, we are always looking for new and better ways to conduct our daily duties. In order to apply the TQSM process, we evaluate each post quarterly based on the following review process:
Our goal at American Assured Security is to develop a strategic partnership with the client. Our management will conduct frequent meetings with the post-management to evaluate satisfaction based on our services. We are extremely committed to our client's security needs.
We believe that frequent communication holds the key to a successful security program. It is our goal to maintain an open relationship with our clients to ensure that they receive the best service possible.
All clients have free access to our management 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We utilize 24-hour supervision to monitor the security guards. The supervisor checks the posts and the security guards at random times at your location.

Total Quality Security Management is an ongoing process that includes extensive and comprehensive security programs specifically customized for each client, with client feedback and regular quality and service evaluations. TQSM measures continual training, security inspections, and emergency response drills to ensure that security officers are meeting the high-level service expectations set by American Assured Security. Our comprehensive TQSM program allows our clients to enjoy peace of mind.
