TRANSITIONING

TRANSITIONING

In recent years majority of our business growth has come from our current client referrals and clients that were dissatisfied with their previous security service providers.

With our client sincere recommendations and client referrals they have helped make American Assured Security, Inc. the success it is today. With a ninety-three percent referral rate, new clients can feel confident that any assignment, large or small, will be handled with expertise and professionalism.

American Assured Security considers the transition phase a critical and vulnerable time. We take considerable and detail care in the planning and execution of the transition, which requires complete cooperation with client management. We believe it's essential to have a plan that includes the following:

  • Make a preliminary, on-site security assessment
    • All facts of the proposal and contract are covered
    • All security equipment required at each post are identified
    • Any prior problems or concerns at the post are addressed
    • Training guidelines are set
    • Establish lines of communication and management control
    • Establish schedule of working hours for the post
    • Safety and fire protections are identified
  • Uniform of Security Officers are approved by our clients and our management
  • Training of all personnel set
  • Scheduling of Security Officers
  •

Following the above procedures helps ensure a strategic and smooth flowing security program transition. We Don't want to make the same mistakes as the previous service provider by not paying attention to the scope of security service.
